This is a small body shop that gets very busy. These guys do fantastic work at good prices but they're trying to juggle about five different business hats and the communication with the customer is sometimes not great. If they say it will be done tomorrow, assume it might be a couple more days. But...

Had some minor damage to the back wheelwell. Another place quoted me $450-650. Mike's did it for $115! They were really nice and helpful and it only took about 20 minutes to replace the part. I'd recommend them to anyone and would go back if I ever needed. Looks like new now.

Brought in my 2022 Audi E-tron to remove some parts and have them painted black to match the car. Great customer service and communication throughout the process and a great paint job! Highly recommend!
